Wherein I display the multiple craft items I've made and then (mostly) given away... because it's more fun than keeping the stuff.
Just adorable - did you create the pattern? Can't wait to see the whole thing finished!
Thanks Amy! No, I didn't create it- the pattern can be found in The Happy Hooker (the crocheting companion book to Stitch-N-Bitch). I can't wait until it's finished either! I'm crocheting monkeys until I run out of yarn.
I'm so excited! i've wanted to make that since you told me about it like, 2 years ago!
i saw a girl with a sock monkey hat today and told her about your quilt! she was excited and impressed!
awww...a little blankeeim 5'9" and I like to sleep with covers over my head, so make sure you consider that while you're working on it..and let me know when I can pick it up...LOLlater
Edreys, so you want it to be about 6 feet from head to toe, then? No problem, I should be done in time for our 30th high school reunion in 2022. :)
This afghan is my to do pile. I can't seem to locate the yarn they used in the book for the sock monkey faces, if you don't mind me asking what yarn did you decide on for the monkeys?
The yarn is Bernat Softee Chunky Twists yarn in Taupe.
