Wow, what a neat article. My hubby, of almost 25 years (from New York City), and I have not had a cannoli in years. Montana doesn't have cannolis. I am so sad.
Are you going to continue writing when you get to Mongolia? I am so curious about the culture, food, atmosphere, the feel of the place. I have been following your blog for a while. I really enjoy seeing all the things you make. I am into stamping cards, myself. Thanks,
Jules, thanks! Yes, I will definitely still blog while I'm in Mongolia- I can't promise that it will be with the same regularity, as I'll have to post from internet cafes and will be traveling a bit as well. But I will definitely share pictures and stories- some crafty, some not!

I really enjoyed your article
Hey Rach-
I read your article yesterday and didn't even realize you wrote it! Now when can we get some cannolis???

jules, maybe I should send one your way via overnight shipping! No one should live without cannoli.
Andrea, maybe I'll bring you a celebratory cannoli after the little critter arrives!
